A: We do take our deadlines seriously. Unlike some companies, we guarantee to complete the project by an agreed date. We have been in the business for many years and understand how to manage all our current clients and for this reason we don’t want to take too many projects on. We are more concerned about quality of our work rather than quantity so we are always realistic when it comes to deadlines. We can be very specific once we understand what exactly you require – obviously big scale projects such as ecommerce website development takes some time because it is almost impossible to deliver a good quality project in few days time. However, we appreciate the fact that you want to get some return on investment as soon as possible by launching you website in the shortest possible time.
A: Our basic package starts at £250 and for this you get a brand new website design with a CMS system which allows you to update your website for no additional cost. Do you get this with another website design company? We always try to offer as much as possible for a reasonable price – we are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We don’t outsource our work to other countries because we believe that we won’t be able to deliver high quality projects by outsourcing to Indian companies like some of the businesses in the UK do. Our ecommerce solutions start at £790 for a basic online shop. All our websites packages include on site search engine optimisation, we ensure correct meta tags are in place, content is spread out well, etc. Do you get this with your website development company?
A: Your website will be developed in clean and valid code with onsite optimisation in place. However, this will not get your website ranked on top of Google. If you wish to come up on first positions for certain keywords, we offer search engine optimisation services which will almost certainly help you achieve this. We work with an external SEO company which has been established for 7 years and never ever failed to deliver. You can even talk to our previous clients and get some verbal references if you wish. The proof is in the pudding, isn’t it? Feel free to contact us today and we will be more than happy to get back to you with an SEO proposal.
A: Yes and no – these are the answers to above questions. You will be able to make as many changes as you wish. You can easily update your pages, create new pages, add posts, images, videos, etc. We are familiar with many CMS platforms or can build you a custom CMS system for additional charge. If you have specific needs that can’t be fulfilled by a ready-made system, we have skills to build a system which meets your criteria. Our systems will offer you unlimited website updates – you can update your website on daily bases if you wish. Once our project is launched we always answer our phones so if you need any additional features to be added to your system, we can always do this at a later date.
A: We prefer to have the text supplied in one Word document rather than in bits and pieces. You can use Notepad, Open Office or any kind of freely available software if you don’t have Microsoft Office installed on your computer. Images should be supplied as big as possible (minimum 300 DPI), preferable in Photoshop which allows us to export it or tweak it easily if necessary. Generally images can be supplied in JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF or GIF format. We offer copywriting services as well in case you don’t have enough time to create your own website content. If you decide to use this service, our content writer will contact you and request some information, then a research to your topic is done. Once the content is done, we email it to you for a review. Only if you are happy, we make the text live.
A: Yes, we use tool called Google Analytics which we implement to your site free of charge. You are provided with logins and administrator privileges, we then follow this up with a phone call talking you through the interface and explaining each feature available. Many companies charge up to £100 to add Google Analytics to a client’s website. We are an ethical web design company and by doing this for free and even explaining how to use this tool, we give you much more than the others. This is just another reason why you should come on board with us. Google Analytics offers a lot of important information you need to know – i.e. which page of your website is the most favourite one amongst your visitors or which keywords people typed in to come onto your website.
A: Of course we can help you; the cost depends on what you need. Minimum charge is £20 for every time you contact us regarding a website update. We have many years of experience in many platforms and website development languages, whether it is just a simple static website or a dynamic database driven website. Before we commence any work we always prefer to have a look at your website first and then determine how much work will be involved in achieving what you require. We then charge a flat rate of £25 per hour of web development work and £20 per hour of design work. If you would prefer to sign a contract and get perhaps unlimited website updates for a flat monthly payment, just get in touch.
A: All our work is transparent, we always agree on a website proposal with our clients which is signed off. We agree on a deadline which we strictly stick to. If we fail to deliver we are ready to give you compensation for every working day after the deadline. Before we commence our work we require an upfront payment of 25% – 50% of agreed price – this is solely to cover ourselves in case you decide to cancel the project at a final stage of development. We wouldn’t like to spend hours and hours designing and developing for free. From our experience we can say that if the clients are serious about their project, they should be willing to pay a deposit. Once the payment is cleared, we start working straight away. The rest the agreed price is payable upon project completion.
A: We understand that you are busy during the week and that is why we are happy to meet you over the weekend or if even this is not possible, it is fine to discuss the project requirements over the phone or e-mail. However, we always like to have meet our clients and discuss their online business ideas in person.
